In need of more Cudder!

So KiD CuDi is one of my favorite artists of all time. What's not to like about him? His chill beats are perfect for any situation. Anything this man pumps out I get my hands on as soon as I can, along with the now huge fan base he has created, all awaiting his new album "Man On The Moon II: The Legend of Mr Rager" which has been pushed back to November 9th, 2010. MOTM (Man On The Moon) was KiD CuDi's first CD, and was meant to bring you into CuDi's dream world, while MOTM II brings the listener into CuDi's reality, with dark tones that we can hear in the singles he has dropped this summer "Mojo So Dope" "I Do My Thing" "Mr Rager" and (well undetermined, to my knowledge, on whether it will be on his CD) "All Talk". These all have a chill, dark ambiance, but then you have "Erase Me" for example which is a bit faster and with more mainstream feel (well with Kanye West), but even with a lot of fans disappointed with this track (which I actually enjoyed it, although I would never say that I liked this style over his older, more original style). The way I see it is that "Erase Me" fits in the CD perfectly because it's part of his reality as he said, coming out with a hit that may not necessarily be in is comfort zone of his method, it's what he has to do to stay afloat in the music business.

Anyways I'm quite ecstatic because later this evening KiD CuDi is going to be putting on a concert for The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee's Pantherfest (which is my college if you didnt out those together).  CuDi is heading to the University of Minnesota TC later for their homecoming, and I'm quite excited for all my friends who stayed in the TC. Hopefully I will get my Flip Video Camera to work and I'll get some KiD CuDi along with Shiny Toy Guns and post them up on here later. But it should be a pretty amazing concert.

Instead of posting his newest singles "Did You Get It" and "Mr Rager" because hopefully you have those already, I thought I'd share Steve Aoki Remix of Pursuit Of Happiness, along with the folk band Barbara's cover of Pursuit of Happiness. I can be a huge sucker for covers especially when they are a slowed down simplified version of the song. Steve Aoki's Remix is an amazing remix among hundreds of incredibly mediocre remixes, and mash-ups with "Pursuit Of Happiness" in the mix. These are two great songs you don't want to miss.
